	As a component of your “Employee Wellness Program” we offer Custom, On-site or In-Office Seminars discussing Sleep Hygiene, Snoring, Sleep Apnea and Breathing Related Sleep Disorders – Their Recognition and Treatment Alternatives.
	As a component of your “New Employee Recruitment Program” we offer In-Office Screening for identification of significant “Breathing Related Sleep Disorders”.

Screening Process:

	Basic Screening Questionnaire intended to isolate those needing more comprehensive screening
	Medical History, Vital Measurements and Intra-oral exam
	Acoustic Pharyngometry Diagnostic Exam when indicated

Reporting Process:

Recommendations to employee and Referral to Sleep Specialist when indicated

Treatment Process:

	Sleep Hygiene Education Tailored to individual Patient at time of Screening
