Consider “Your Organizations Track Record” regarding the “Cost” of accidents or errors that can be traced to these risk factors.

Consider how many “Accidents” took place between 2 & 4 AM or PM.

These time periods are when your sleep-deprived employees are most likely to have an accident or error.
